We will work to ensure that the Supply Chain personnel build new skills and become familiar with core tools and techniques for managing high performing supply chains.
Specifically, we work 1 on1 and in groups with Supply Chain Leaders, their teams and individuals to improve the Supply Chain performance.
Our primary value proposition will be the ability to offer hands on coaching backed up by more than 20 years hands on Supply Chain experience in the FMCG, airline & IT sectors using recognised tools and techniques. Thus, the aim is to leave the client in a position where he/she is making high quality contribution to the team either as a team member or leader.
